It was while working on my own recovery of living life with those who struggle with multiple kinds of addictions that I found my life's purpose. It is to help the loved ones of those suffering from addiction break free from the cycle of helplessness and trauma.

I support and work with those who share their life with someone who struggles with an addiction.
As a Certified Professional Life Coach and Certified Professional Recovery Coach, a Certified Trauma Support Specialist, as well as a member of NAADAC, I bring a wealth of expertise and personal experience to my work with clients. My background in treating and working through trauma, along with my own journey towards self-care and boundary-setting, allows me to provide unique insights and empathetic support. By leveraging my certifications and membership in a prestigious organization, I am well-equipped to guide you through your own healing and recovery processes. My passion for helping those who share their life with someone who struggles with an addiction, combined with my professional qualifications, make me a valuable resource for those seeking to break the cycle of generational addiction and create a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Throughout my life, addiction has been a constant presence, reaching as far back as my earliest memories. Growing up in this environment, I never had the opportunity to learn about the importance of personal boundaries for both myself and those around me. Establishing and enforcing boundaries is a crucial act of self-love. Unfortunately, self-care and self-love were not taught or modeled for me during my formative years.
I am now striving to break the cycle of generational addiction and teach my adult child and grandchildren that daily self-care is highly beneficial.
Trauma is often deeply intertwined with life experiences involving addiction, be it living with, growing up with, or loving someone who struggles with an addiction of one or more kinds. The traumas can vary, from betrayal trauma experienced by someone who has/had a porn or sex addiction to the mental, emotional, physical, or sexual abuse that occurs in the presence of other types of addiction. As you work towards recovery from trauma, I want to be by your side, supporting you in achieving your goals. Through confronting my own trauma, I discovered my life's purpose: to be a life coach and help those who share their life with someone who struggles with addictions find peace in their lives. My passion for helping you is immense, and I aspire to be the support for you that I had during my own healing journey.
As a trauma survivor and ovarian cancer survivor, I believe that our bodies truly bear the burden of our traumas, and it is essential to work through them to promote overall well-being. Healing from trauma is a vital component of self-care, and addressing the impact it has on our bodies and minds can lead to a more balanced and fulfilling life. Acknowledging and confronting these traumas empowers us to move forward with strength and resilience.
My experiences have shaped my perspective and inspired me to become a life coach for you. I am committed to helping you navigate the complexities and challenges that come with loving someone who struggles with addiction. My mission is to provide guidance, encouragement, and support as you embark on your journey of healing and self-discovery.
By breaking the cycle of generational addiction and embracing self-care as a daily practice, we can create a brighter future for ourselves and our loved ones. Together, we can work towards overcoming the challenges associated with addiction, trauma, and recovery, ultimately achieving a greater sense of peace and balance in our lives.
